The Kwibidgi Bo is our vision for a rugged touring bike. This is a bike that is likely to be ridden a lower speeds whilst carrying more weight than our Kwibidgi, so we've adjusted the front end geometry accordingly and moved to a wider bottom bracket shell so as to accommodate larger tyres.
Kwibidgi and Bo are Noongar terms for 'escape' and 'long way', respectively, which underlines the purpose of this chassis. The front triangle is created with straight gauge 3Al-2.5V CSWR titanium tubing, 44 mm head tube, and a 73 mm T47 bottom bracket, while the rear end is finished with our custom 3D-printed dropouts. The frame also offers mounts for a rack, fender, lunch box and three bidon cages, and buyers can expect to use 700c x 47 mm or 650b x 53 mm tyres (measured) on the finished bike.
The Kwibidgi Bo is supplied with a Columbus Futura Cross+ carbon fork with a tapered steerer (1.5-1.125 in), axle flip chips (47/52 mm rake), and rack mounts. We also offer a wide range of options including custom frame geometry, extra fittings, personalised artwork, so that buyers can create the perfect touring bike.
Note: photographed bike is fitted with 650b x 47 mm tyres.
